1 Introduction

• Accounts registered using false information may be closed without notice.
• You may not register or use an account on behalf of another person.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted or assigned to any other party.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.

288bit reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 288bit are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

5 Betting Rules

All sports betting on 288bit, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports, is governed by the following general rules. Sport-specific rules may also apply and are displayed within the relevant betting market.

• A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation reference from the platform. Bets not confirmed due to a technical error are not valid.
• Odds displayed are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds at confirmation are the final odds that apply to your bet.

6 Live Casino Rules

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets, navigate the platform or exploit any system vulnerability.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome or payout of any game or bet.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your personal details during verification.
• Attempting to abuse any bonus or promotional offer beyond its stated terms.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy or other means intended to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Sharing account access with any third party for the purpose of placing bets on your behalf.

288bit employs monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns of play and financial activity. Accounts flagged by these systems may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

288bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or financial crime.
• Identification of a duplicate account.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. If closure is initiated by 288bit for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, as a business decision to exit a market — any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, any active bets will be settled normally and the resulting balance will be available for withdrawal.
